Roswell eventsJoin B98.5 and your fellow Roswell residents on Saturday, May 28 at Riverside Park for a free showing of Despicable Me. Being a popular family film, the event is intended to provide entertainment for kids of all ages. So, bring the whole family to relax under the summer night sky while enjoying the blockbuster hit on a giant 45’ screen.

The movie begins at dark, however the day will be filled with activities including music, family games, giveaways and of course time on the playground. Also, it is encouraged that you arrive before dark in order to get a good seat for the movie as these events tend to be very popular. Don’t forget to bring blankets and/or lawn chairs to ensure you are comfortable. The movie is free and open to the public, and attendees are more than welcome to bring picnic baskets and coolers, but concessions will also be available.

Saturday’s feature is not the only movie event for the summer as B98.5 will be back at Riverside Park on August 13, 2011, but the feature film has not been announced yet.
