State Street is the sibling to another Roswell neighborhood, Devereux Downs, because the two actually connect! State Street is located off Woodstock Road across from Fellowship Christian School and is readily accessible to Historic Roswell by foot. The majority of the 33 homes are faced in brick and feature large foyers, open floor plans, and custom detailing. State Street also contains a very nice swim/tennis facility with a large pool and three lighted tennis courts. These among other attributes provide the inhabitants with a host of social engagements, which is why the neighborhood is one of the more active communities out there.

State Street is located west of Woodstock Road off of Devereux Downs Road. Residents attend the following schools: Mountain Park (Elementary), Crabapple (Middle), and Roswell (High).
