Pine Hurst is a quaint, relatively new subdivision of 21 homes located just off of Woodstock Road very close to Historic Roswell. The neighborhood was established in 2004 and feature traditional brick homes with large yards and nicely manicured landscaping. By implementing the use of paved sidewalks  the neighborhood promotes a friendly, social atmosphere and is perfect for jogging or bike riding. Also, the neighborhood is juxtaposed within walking distance of Roswell Park and Historic Roswell.

Pine Hurst residents attend the following Roswell schools; Roswell North Elementary School, Crabapple Middle School, and Roswell High School.
