Clary Lakes

Clary Lakes was established in 1987, and contains 110 homes in a swim/tennis community that are nestled right along the serene Clary Lakes. Homes tend to range between two and three stories and feature open floor plans, tall ceilings, and completed basements. The community boasts a great playground for the kids, and provides safe, side-walked streets, wonderful for walking the dog or jogging, and a rarity among most neighborhoods. Not to mention the fantastic Olympic sized pool which is typically open from May to September. There are restroom facilities on-site and the pool also boasts a saline purification system (instead of traditional chlorine) — this provides a significant cost savings for the community, is environmentally friendly, and offers a much more comfortable swimming environment (no red eyes, irritated skin, or damaged hair). The neighborhood also has two tennis courts which were resurfaced in March of 2008 and has several neighborhood tennis teams with a variety of skill and age levels.

Clary Lakes has an active and engaged social committee. The neighborhood has hosted a variety of social events over the years including pool parties, pancake breakfasts, progressive dinners, pizza parties, golf outings, girl’s nights out, bunko nights, and annual holiday events such as Fourth of July parades, Easter Egg Hunts, and Halloween Parties.
